North Smithfield Little League is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for children ages 5 - 12 the opportunity to play baseball. All board members, managers, and coaches work on a volunteer basis with no monetary compensation.
Baseball:
- T-Ball
Boys and girls ages 5-6. For first-year players. Typically one game and one practice each week. - Minors Baseball (coach pitch)
Boys ages 6-9. One year of T-Ball experience preferred, no tryouts. Instructional, coach-pitch. One game and one practice per week. - AAA Baseball
Boys ages 8-11. Player-pitch. This division is a competitive feeder division for Majors, with playoffs at the end of the season to determine a champion. Try-outs held in March. - Majors
Boys ages 10-12. Competitive, must tryout and be drafted.
- Junior League Baseball
Boys ages 13-16. Interleague play with other towns.
NSLL utilizes Pacheco Park for games and practices.
